Currently it seems that there is no possibility to handle the 'Bill and Bob'
example (I started a discussion in [de-users]). Reason is that differentiation
of the '&' from 'regular expression' with leading '\' does not work in the
'replace pane' of 'search and replace'. You can see that in the original report
and test the behaviour with 'test.ods' from my test kit.

Pls. with the behaviour in 'test.odt':
1. open 'test.odt' from 'test.zip'
2. Menu 'Edit - Search and Replace'
3. Activate "Regular Expressions" in 'More Options'
4. Insert '^Bill & Bob' into the search pane
that will search for 'Bill & Bob' at the beginning of a paragraph
5. Insert 'Billy \& Bobby' into the replace pane
6. <Search>
"Bill & Bob GmbH" will be found
7. <replace>
"Bill & Bob" will be replaced by "Billy & Bobby", so that the complete string
now will be "Billy & Bobby GmbH"
In WRITER the behaviour is as expected so this is a real CALC bug: deactivation
of use as "regular expression" for '&' by leading '\' does not work

A solution could be to find a masking (may e with working '\' in front of the
'&') for the '&' in the replace string.
