------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Tue Feb 6 14:11:10 +0000 2007 ------- Steps to repeat: 1. Run OOo.Base 2. Select "Open Existing Database" 3. Select a Database from the dropdown 4. Click "Finish" button -->> OOo.Base application disappears 5. Run OOo.Base again -->> Document Recovery application displays the above selected database 6. Select the database and recover it 7. Click the "Next" button -->> OOo.Base application functions normally The problem is that I have to do this EVERY TIME I want to open the database! My database is a simple, 1 table and 1 query database. Not complex, not large. This problem recently started (about 1 week ago). I worked with the OOo.Base and my one and only database since the beginning of the year without problem. I'll venture to guess that the Document Recovery either does not completely recover the database and/or OOo.Base is saving the Database file in a way that makes it think that it is not recovered. Although it is possible that the OOo.Base was terminated by a power failure or reboot without closing the application; thus causing the first time recovery; I think that after the first recovery is performed; and everything works normally, the recovery should not be a permanent repeat requirement. This isn't a mission critical issue; but even though the recovery process is user friendly; it makes me nervous to have to do it every time I want to access my data; so this issue affects the general usability of OOo.Base. Keep up the good work with development!
