Unfortunately, the same Perl function is used to produce the name for the
install set under instsetoo_native/wntmsci10.pro/OpenOffice/msi/install, as for
temp directories that go into the ddf file.

Its the latter that caused a problem for me. Maybe it would be enough to not
make the folder structure not so deep. If I recall correctly, the full path in
the ddf file was something like first the TEMP folder, then i_123456 (the pid),
then a couple of more folder levels "msi" and "zip", and maybe also "wntmsci10",
and then a subfolder named as the languagestring. As this all are just temporary
folders anyway, maybe a few of those subdirectory levels could be dropped
without risk for collisions.
