The attached readme clearly says, that it was converted from TeX's source. In
case of Slovak,
hyphenation patterns are under GNU GPL. See csTeX license:
http://ctan.unsw.edu.au/macros/cstex/license.eng
So I do not know from where the author got the infor about LPPL?
Please explain. Otherwise the issue is INVALID.
