It's much easier.
Start OOo and ProcExplorer
Start SO. You will see 2 handles for ooo680en-us.res (why 2?)
Open and close file dialog -> now you have 3 handles
Open a new document -> you get 2 more
etc. etc.
Any clue why we have multiple file handles here? All other resources files are
referenced only once.
I don't assume that this is a bug in the Resource Manager but perhaps a bug in
the way it is used. @pl: can you shed some light on this?
(If you want to use StarOffice for testing: the file is named iso680en-us.res
there).
