The Excel file contains Basic module names like "Лист1", which are imported that
way into our Basic. Our Basic uses the module names as stream names in the file,
where non-ASCII characters aren't allowed. With these names, loading and saving
the ods file leads to invalid UTF8 sequences in manifest.xml, which causes an
exception when saving.
