The signiture block has all the lines set to keep with next. When importing either in RTF or DOC, OpenOffice happily breaks the signiture block in half. If you highlight the lines of the signiture they show as keep with next and do not split paragraph are set. If I go in to the document afterwards and put one blank line in, it seems to notice and kick the whole signiture to the next page. However, if you delete that blank line, it splits it again in a different place. I will attach a zip file with the DOC and RTF document showing this behavior. I did see a lot of issues with keep with next but none of them were for import.
