I checked with "2.0.2 German version WIN XP: [680m5(Build9011)]" and also
"2.1.0 German version WIN XP: [680m6(Build9095)]". I can not confirm the
reported behaviour, I always see "all files" as standard "file open" option and
see all files listed in the dialogue.
Linux only?
