I removed instsetoo_native/inc_openoffice/windows/msi_languages/Langpack.ulf .
The complete content is now shifted to scp2/source/ooo/module_langpack.ulf (also
adapted localize.sdf)
So this part is fixed.
Now we have language content in:
- scp2/source/ooo/module_langpack.ulf
- desktop/win32/source/setup/setup.ulf
- svx/source/dialog/langtab.src
Followup task for this is i74373.
