Hi,
this is not a bug. Fill down with just one cell selected will add one to the
value above. With a timeformat this will add 24 hours as the one is the
serialized number for 24 hours. If you want to add only one hour, type 7:40 in
A1 and 8:40 in A2, select both cells and drag down the autofill handle. The
result is as expected.
