2005 -------
In earlier versions of OOo (1.x) it was possible do use the Ctrl key to hang
toolbars in the screen sides (you could hold the ctrl key and drag a floating
toolbar, ex. stylist) to one side of the screen.

OO 2.0 beta does not let you do that; floating toolbars are always floating. Is
it a defect?
