The result is sorted by relevance and not by filename and that is the reason why 'DevelopersGuide.html' is not listed in the first few pages of the results. If you are specifically searching for 'DevelopersGuide.html', then I would suggest you to change your search parameter as 'DevelopersGuide.html' in which case, the page that you are searching for will be listed as the first result.
