When DDE tables in the body are imported they are already filled when
SwDDETable::SwDDETable() is called. In this Ctor SwDDEFieldType::IncRefCnt()
It doesn't call this when there's no content.
In DDE tables in the header the above happens, too. Later an attribute change at
the page style initiates an SwTableNode::MakeCopy( ) where the table is empty in
the Ctor of SwDDETable.
