2007 -------
After installing/deinstalling (or enabling/disabling) in Tools:Package Manager
an extension (.oxt file) that handles some otherwise unknown to OOo file type,
OOo should associate/disassociate itself in Windows as the handler for that file
extension. If possible, this should be done in other desktop environments, too,
of course.
