Hi Oliver,
this API call is designed to act as the COPY to the clipboard Command, therefore
on filtered ranges only the visible rows are copied. As you can easily determin
that the range you want to copy is a filtered one (the row property is set to
filtered than) I close this as invalid.
Feel free to comment on this Issue if you have further arguments for chnaging
the behaviour.
