I with draw the nomination of issue 74732. Further investigations reveal that
the bug only happens when connection pooling is enabled for the HSQLDB driver.
This is bad enough, but since the default for this option is "OFF", this doesn't
qualify as blocker anymore. Sorry for the noise.
