Impress and Draw Help index contain an empty line. 2. Index items "3D-tekst maken" and "dieptespreiding" start with a space and therefore they are located at the top of the index, just below the empty line. As for point 2, I couldn't reproduce this on 2.2 RC1 - both "3D-tekst maken" and "dieptespreiding" are placed correctly according to the alphabetical order of the index. And point 1, yes, this problem still exists on 2.2 RC1. However, it affects more languages - French, Spanish, Dutch, Polish, Russian and Portuguese. Instead of adding a new comment explaining this, updading summary and reassigning the issue, I decided to open a new issue - it's issue 74811 - see my comment above. So, point 1 is now handled by issue 74811 and point 2 is fixed in 2.2 RC1. Therefore I closed this issue. But we can leave it open and close it once i74811 gets fixed.
