I've tried to reproduce as you've described with OOo 2.2 RC1. No success, the
office works as expected: After switching back the rights for the local user I
have no problem to open odt or ods formats by double clicking.
BTW: I's more comfortable to use the 'Run As...' option of the context menu on
the setup.exe to run the installation with administrator privileges. You don't
have to log out and in when switching user rights.
