This may be relating to issues 57309 and 47938.

Basically, when I ALT+TAB to another application and then back to one of the OOo
applications, the File menu will often be selected. This is especially annoying
as if I immediately continue typing (e.g. in Writer), I can end up inadvertently
doing something unexpected from the file menu, such as closing the document.

This fault only seems to occur if the Windows XP PowerToy called "TaskSwitch" is
running (this is a fancier alternative to the usual ALT+TAB window you get). If
I circumvent the TaskSwitch program by either using Win+ALT+TAB or terminate the
taskswitch executable, the problem doesn't seem to manifest itself.

As far as I can tell, the File menu gets selected upon ALT+TABbing AWAY from the
application rather than occurring when the application is brought into focus. I
deduced this by seeing the File menu occasionally flash when the next app is
brought to focus, and also, if I ALT+TAB away from OOo and then use the mouse to
bring the OOo app to focus, the File menu is selected.

I would say this fault occurs about 90% of the time when using TaskSwitch. I've
not seen any other applications behave in this way.
I'm using OOo V2.1 on WinXP Pro with SP2.
