Currently, the list of available css files in "Tools - Options - OOo - General -
Help -
Help Formatting" for displaying the help files is hard-coded. For the
extensible
help project, we need (at least) one additional css file.

Please make the list box dynamic, that is, populate the list box with the file
names
of the css files found in the application help/$language directory. This way,
css files can
easily be added or removed.

Population of the list box should ideally happen when the list box is created
to prevent having to restart the application after addition of css files.

Note, that switching the UI/help language must also trigger a re-read of the
css file list since it can be language dependent.

We would need this implementation before EO March.
