(I will reopen this issue because it seems to be misunderstood).
New description
The setting to NOT "Print Zero Values" in Format-Page-Sheet is not being saved
in .xls format. Repro steps:
1. Open Calc, type "0" (no quotes) in random cell, click Format-Page-Sheet and
clear "Zero Values" in Print, OK.
2. Save file as .ods and close.
3. Reopen and make sure that "Zero Values" is NOT set.
4. Resave the file in .xls format, close, open and make sure that "Zero
Values" is set.
