I believe this issue is invalid. All I can read is that the reporter wonders why
he sees different icons in the toolbars for master and slave document, but that
is a Feature "as designed".

Do you want to report the following efffect?
0. Download "MenuStuckMaster.odm" and "MenuStuckSlave.odt" into the same folder
1. Open "MenuStuckMaster.odm"
2. Menu 'Tools > Customize > Toolbars'
3. select 'Standard' toolbar
4. <Add> 'Category' "Controls" 'Command' "Combo Box" <Add>
5. Close Dialogue
6. <OK> for customize dialogue
Now you have the 'Combo Box' icon in the 'Standard Toolbar
7. Open "MenuStuckSlave.odt" (using navigator or how you want)
8. Compare Standard Toolbars for both documents:
in the master document Standard Toolbar you see the 'Combo box' icon
in the text document Standard Toolbar you do NOT see the 'Combo box' icon
That is a FEATURE that allows to configure different toolbars and menus for
different OOo modules; also different positions for icons and toolbars can be
configured for the different modules.
