AW->WG: Please verify. To test, You have to put a ressource file into the
installed version, e.g. for win from X:\aw\aw028_extra\sd680de.res bzw
X:\aw\aw028_extra\sd680en-US.res. For Linux and Solaris it should be the same
ressources. They need to go to /program/resource. Reason is that at m80 build
that resource was wrongly merged, so to see the slide context commands You need
to exchange that ressources.
