I will split up this issue (file a new one for second problem), because it
looks, that both have to be fixed in different code places.
MRU->FME: in this issue we will handle the crash occuring when deleting a row.
Open the attached document place cursor in row 9 of the left table click "delete
row" -> crash.
I was only able to reproduce the problem on Linux.
