Confirming with 2.2 RC1 on WinXP. Repro steps:
1. Make sure that no printer is setup in Windows.
2. Start Writer/Calc, type some text.
3. Setup printer, for example networked. Make sure it is set as default.
4. Try printing the document - error message "No default printer".
