The implementations are a little bit different, at least the method
"SvObjectServerList::FillInsertObjects()" that is affected by the patch looks
different.
The idea behind was following, the so3 project should be used only by the binary
filters now. So so3 is the frozen project for binfilter, and actualy should be
place there ( unfortunately the move still was not done ).
>From other side such a class name duplication could bring problems with linux
linking in some circumstances. But if there is no necessity to apply the patch
as a quickfix for a known problem, it would be better to have the so3 project
correctly integrated into the binfilter project.
I am changing the type of the issue to "defect". Please fill free to change it
back to "patch" if the fix is necessary to fix a known problem or if there is a
patch that integrated the so3 project into the binaryfilter.
