Ah, I can see now what's on here...
Problem is, that the text has a direct (or also called "hard") formatting of the
font assignment, means: it was done by selecting the text and assigning the font
"Tahoma" via font list box or Format.Character dialog and not via a Character
style.
These hard formats will always overrule style formats (has been designed as
this, desired by the community). You have to select the text and choose
"Format.Default formatting" (or Ctrl-Shift-Space) to remove all hard attributes
from the text before assigning a character style.
