I am the Systems Engineer and this is my personal PC. I have full administrative rights. Now the bug is trying to hide from me. I can't duplicate it anymore. I was able to duplicate it multiple times before I sent the bug report. It must be a certain order of how I am doing things. I will try to narrow it down to a set of steps taken. Once it happens again and let you know what happens.
