For some time now, the recent documents list and certain settings like font
replacement tables and default (customized) directory paths will clear. The
funny thing is, the directory path will revert to /mnt/myfiles, not the default
program's path. I'm using 2.1, the aliened RPMs on a debian system. I haven't
upgraded and I've abandoned the native debian apt repositories. It also effects
the previously selected database when I startup base. I'm not doing any
changes/apt upgrades. I'm not tinkering around with any of the setting files or
their permissions. I really hate to say it's happening at 'random' but that's
the best description for it. If any files would be useful, let me know and I'll
attach them. Thanks!
