fs->drorlev: Yes, requesting an easier possibility to change the field size, or
even only a better hint when you encounter the problem (which is more likely to
be implemented) would deserve a separate issue.
fs->darkcloud: ehm, well, yes, all in all this probably doesn't sum up to too
much space. Again, I don't have a strong opinion here (my stakes in this topic
are the database part, not the bibliography, which I don't use myself). Others
need to decide this.
fs->es: I think you were too fast with closing the issue. We were just
discussing whether it is a reasonable request or not, but did not yet come to a
conclusion.
