Argh.
While the "uiconfig.zip" file has a PATCH flag in scp2, which means it is part
of the patch set, there is an explicit list of files *within* the zip file - and
only those are really added to the patch set. The new UI configurations for
forms/reports/XML documents were part of uiconfig.zip, but not of the explicit
list.
