Note: I had forgotten to take the sample file to work. Therefore I made a fresh file, which worked fine. Tomorrow I will check with the sample file, and let you know if it has the problem. In the mean time, could you please tell me what is wrong with my home PC, based on the descriptions I provided? Why is that folder missing from the usual place?
