It is impossible to fix that. Keeping all files locked will let OOo consume too
much file handles. Been there, done that, got the bugs.
So there's only a workaround: hide the temp directory from the user. This is the
default on Windows XP - it is in a hidden folder.
What we can fix (and will fix) is that we will show a better error message that
informs the user that he had done something he better shouldn't do. This is
another issue IIRC.
