2007 -------
The fix fails for builds that use setsolar instead of config_office. Things
that used to be built/packaged, like the ldapbe2.uno library at
extensions/source/config/ldap/makefile.mk:1.11 and
scp2/source/ooo/file_library_ooo.scp:1.199, are no longer built/packaged as
WITH_LDAP is not set to YES in the setsolar scenario.
