And you cant use a program if you cant share the files you create with others. Many of my xls files use the max()/min() and most of them are no compatible with calc because of max()/min(). Besides, using the logic of max()/min() then the sum() must return an error if the cells are empty. Calc must use the same logic with its function and most of all must be useful.
