Ok, let's make some clearness here.
The check box collate make no sense, if you want to make copies of a one page
doc.
A three page doc would be printed out like this: 1 1 1 2 2 2 3 3 3
Enabled collate check box would make it to: 1 2 3 1 2 3 1 2 3
This is very useful for duplex printing.
I've tried to reproduce this issue with solaris sparc OOo2.1_680m6_9095 (sorry,
I've no mac) and could not reproduce.
Therefore I give it back to Mac only
