Note: This is not a design error, but a decision to extend the
"one-rectangular-region" approach, so that there is simply not always a
rectangular region to rely on.
Changing priority to 4, because this can be easily work-arounded by changing the
used data ranges (even by adapting the one rectangular region on the first tab
page). In the old chart this behavior was important, because the user could not
change the used ranges of an existing chart. This limitation does no longer
exist in the new chart.
