The comment submitted by ronware is correct. Numbering after 10 in OOo is not
handled properly. The link that ronware provided has correct information about
how Hebrew numbering should appear. I can look into fixing this. If I got some
pointers about where in the code the values are set, it would save me some time,
so I'd appreciate your help here.
