File 2 : contains a link to a cell in file 1 (like : ='file:///Z:/file1.xls'#$Feuil1.$B$1) When I open the file 2, I can refresh the links, but it doesn't work (because of the password of file 1). Just for information, in this context Excel asks for the password of file 1 in order to refresh file 2.
