for interoperability I added the values "base", "multiply" and "none" to this
attribute, forcing it to the presentation namespace as it would not have the
same syntax with smil::additive anymore. Currently we write out only the "base"
value which is also the default for new effects. So if we start to write out
smil:additive instead pres:additive, old OOo installations will have no trouble,
expect when they use documents that where converted from a competition format.
