Could not repro by going from 2.0.4 to 2.1 on WinXP. Repro steps:
1. Install XP, OO2.04 as admin.
2. as admin run Writer, set Autorecovery time to 5 mins. Autorecovery is set
to ON by default.
3. as limited account, run Writer, set Autorecovery time to 5 mins.
Autorecovery is set to ON by default.
4. Reboot.
5. as admin installed OO2.1, run Writer - Autorecovery remains ON, time - 5
minutes.
6. as limited account, run Writer - Autorecovery remains ON, time - 5 minutes.

any chance you could try reproducing the problem yourself on plain vanilla XP
install?
