You mean that the setup should does so? Yes, I made this proposal a long time
ago already (2.0 Beta). Unfortunately it wasn't accepted. :-(
So for the time being the user should at least do it manually.
Making changes in system integration in a minor release is something that is a
little bit shaky. But at least in 3.0 I don't see a problem.
