2007 -------
IMO the new table model is not in need of forbidding Charts from complex tables
anymore. The cell addresses are now clear and if there is a cell "missing" in
comparison to a neighbor row/column, the value "0" should be handed to the 
Chart.
Only for tables created with former OOo versions "OO 2.2 and earlier) this
algorithm must be kept.
