I fixed this by cleaning up the slot handling. The shells of the task pane will
remain on the stack for now. This is an optimization which I do not want to
turn off right now. That might introduce regression bugs.
The fix works by having the context menu of the LayoutMenu use a new slot
SID_INSERT_PAGE_LAYOUT_MENU. This avoids interference with the existing
SID_INSERT_PAGE. As an effect the LayoutMenu is not called when the
Insert->Slide menu entry is called.
