AW->THB: Found a working solution. Since i will be in office next thursday, i
will give it over to You ATM (gave You the code as described on phone). It's
just dxcanvas/source/device.cxx, but as always, it was some experimenting and
research necessary.
In-Window mode now works on 1st and 2nd screen, also on overlapping psoitions (i
am not sure why, though). Fullscreen tends to open on 1st monitor all the time,
wrong HWND given to dxcanvas.
