------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Fri Mar 30 15:43:59 +0000 2007 ------- I'm using OpenOffice 2.2, Czech version After importing a DXF file (I will attach it), the file is imported as one group and looks exactly the same as in the application where it was created. To be able to edit it, you have to first break the group apart to separate objects. Once you do it, some of the shapes would be distorted and the positions and sizes of the text would be moved. How to reproduce: 1. Import the attached drawing into OODraw using Open... 2. You will see 3 schematics in one group appear. 3. Right click on the group and choose "Separate" or "Break apart" ... I don't know exactly the english word for this menu item, in the Czech language it is "Rozpojit" (it separates previously grouped objects) 4. Now you see that all the texts move, and the triangle in the upper right schematics (operational amplifier) will loose one of its endpoints ... Similar behavior occurs when I open a WMF file - the curves and lines maintain their positions, but the text moves and even the font is changed! Strange thing is, that before separating the group, the imported image looks as it should ... Separating it into objects should not change the shapes and fonts! --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
