I just discovered this issue to exist in 2.2m14.
Open any OO app, hold Ctrl and scroll mouse wheel - zoom indicator in the
status bar will update once. Then you have to release Ctrl for indicator to
finally update.
Then try Ctl+mouse scroll again - zoom indicator will not udate even once.
Switch to any other non-OO app and back, Ctrl+scroll - indicator will update
once.
