PROBLEM:
When selecting an existing project. Options are confusing.  The control flow is
awkward

STEPS:
1. Create and save an impress document.
2. Launch impress wizard and select "Open existing presentation".

EXPECTED:
User expects any button labeled "open" to open the existing impress project. 
The "open" button should be located at the lower right hand corner of the 
wizard. 

Actual:
The "open" button opens the browse functionality and the button located at the
lower right, is labeled "create".

IMPACT:
The user will think that "open" indicates opening the highlighted project and
that "create" will create a new project
