Sorry, still appears with 2.2.0 :-(
@cgu: I work on two boxes with resolutions 1400x1050 and 1280x1024. The problem
appears on both, changing the resolution on one didn't make it disappear. Any
hint what more I could try to isolate the source of this problem?
