Reproducible on Linux x86 as well with the difference that it does not matter
whether I start Draw from the commandline with -draw or open it through an
already running OOo instance.
I have to disable and re-enable the color bar through the view menu. Collapsing
and re-expanding it via the handle is not enough.
However, I am unable to reproduce the second problem.
